What's What for the TGN Raleigh Regional Open

Entry Fee:

Players: $50 per person

Spectators $10 per person.

Fees are currently accepted at the door only.

 Event Line Up:
Start Time: December, 29th @ 10:00am 

End Time: LATE!!! 

Free-For-All, aka Lonewolves, follwed by the 2v2 & 4v4 event. 

Game Types:

Team Slayer Only, no objectives.

Maps:

Guardian, Narrows, The Pit & Construct.  

Want to Forge the TGN maps for practice?

Replace Brute Maulers & Needlers with Battle Rifles.

Delete all equipment (e.g. Power Drain, Flare, Regen, etc...)

Delete all invisibility, and overshields (note: player shields remain unchanged).

Weapons: 

Primary Starting Weapon: Battle Rifle

Secondary Weapon: Magnum

Weapons on Map: Map Default (Changes Forged: See Maps above). 

Controllers:

Wireless controllers with a Play n' Charge cord and an absent battery pack as well as Wired contollers are accepted. If you are unable to obtain a play n' charge system or wired controllers let us know in advance. 

The Prize Pool:

The Total Prize Pool is based on attendence, generally, 50% of the total entry pool is given away in cash to the winners. We do offer a minimum 1st place prize of $2000 for team events and $350 for the 1st place FFA winner. We expect a minimum of 45-50 4v4 teams & 10-20 2v2 teams.

In most cases, Winners are paid the day of the event in Cash. We have held a total of 19 national tournaments, of those 16 event winners were Paid in full the day of, 3 event winners were paid 75% the day of and the remaining amount paid within 6 weeks by postal money order in order to avoid waiting on a check to clear. 

 At 40 teams: Total Prize Pool = $3800

At 50 teams: Total Prize Pool = $5000

1st: 3000

2nd: 1200

3rd: 800

At the maximum of 64 teams: Total Prize Pool =  $6200

1st: 3500

2nd: 1500

3rd: 1000

As of 12/10, there is 26 teams registered for the Raleigh event, with 8-15 teams signing up each week (advertising just started 2 days ago), if the registration page for the Raleigh event will not load, this means registration is maxed out.
