Although Halo 3 is the biggest competitive game on the market, Guitar Hero 3 and Unreal Tournament 3 have a well established fan base that could earn them a spot on the TGN playlist.

Guitar Hero players are already hitting the registration boards for the upcoming Philadelphia Massacre. The name is almost as common Halo (almost)! So it looks like gamers may soon be bringing in guitars to TGN events.

Unreal Tournament III, which is being released by the Gears of War creator Epic, promises Gears style playing with respawns and jumping! The game hits the store shelves on November 19th, now we just wait and see how the gaming populace responds. The most important fact is the possiblity of UT3 bringing Sony's PS3 to the competitive gaming scene.
