After a long slumber, TGN, The Gaming Nation, is making a comeback.
Feeling Invinciable tonight...
Gaming the way it is meant to be...
Other Competitive
Gaming Leagues use a point based circuit system to determine the ranks
of top teams (and/or players), which is fine for those who can afford
traveling, lodging and all of the other related expenses. The Gaming
Nation, however, has a different approach. As we tour the nation, the
top 8 teams from each event will form the "given regions" TGN Pro Team.
Each Pro Team must compete in the TGN's Online Arena against other
similarlly ranked Pro Teams from across the nation at least once every
6 weeks. Teams who do not compete online will lose "Pro" status and
will be replaced by the next highest ranking team.
For Example:
Chicago vs. Houston (Team names TBD by top teams)
1st Place Chicago vs. 1st Place Houston = Chicago Wins
2nd Place Chicago vs 2nd Place Houston = Houston Wins
3rd Place Chicago vs 3rd Place Houston = Houston Wins
4th Place Chicago vs 4th Place Houston = Chicago Wins
5th Place Chicago vs 5th Place Houston = Houston Wins
So, in this example, Houston wins the match 3-2.
TGN Pro Teams will be contacted by a member of the TGN Staff via email or phone for match information. Talks are underway with an established online gaming company to run TGN's Online Arena.
