08/07/2007: Microsoft Drops price of XBOX 360 console!

Retail giant Microsoft dropped the price of the Xbox 360 on Tuesday, coinciding with the release of Madden 08. New prices will go into effect Wednesday August 8th:

Xbox 360 Core $279

Xbox 360 Premium $349

Elite (black w/ a larger hard drive) $449
